In the description that follows, the terms "we", "us" and "our" all refer collectively to Easton Design Studio Limited. The terms "you" and "your" refer to any user of any services and products described or sold by us whether or not they are sold via this website.

Returns policy for online sales
In compliance with EU regulations you have the right to cancel your order (unless the goods have been customised) within seven days of receipt of the goods providing the goods are returned to us in their original condition within 14 days of purchase. This relates to orders delivered within the EU only.

In the event that you cancel an order under the terms of this Returns Policy, you will be responsible for paying all shipping costs.

Other returns
For goods purchased offline, we will replace faulty goods providing you notify us of the fault within seven days of receiving the goods.

In any other circumstances we will only accept cancelled orders, at our sole discretion.
